• Buyers to browse products, post RFQs, and connect with suppliers
• Suppliers to list products, respond to RFQs, and manage business
• Users to communicate and transact securely

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Each user can create only one account

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not post fraudulent or misleading content
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Not attempt to hack or disrupt our services
• Not collect user data without consent
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Products and Listings

• Suppliers are responsible for product accuracy and legality
• All product listings must be genuine and available
• Prices and specifications must be accurate
• Fraudulent listings will be removed and accounts suspended
• We reserve the right to review and moderate listings

6. RFQ and Enquiries

• RFQs must be genuine business requirements
• Buyers must respond to supplier quotes in a timely manner
• Suppliers must provide accurate quotes and pricing
• Spam or fake RFQs will be removed

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription plans are billed in advance
• Payments are non-refundable except as stated in refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
• Automatic renewal can be cancelled anytime
• Failed payments may result in subscription suspension

8. Refund Policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans
• Refunds only available if you haven't used premium features
• Processing fees may be deducted from refunds
• Contact support for refund requests

9. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us license to display and promote your content
• We own platform design, code, and intellectual property
• You may not copy or reproduce our platform

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts for:

• Violation of Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• At our sole discretion with notice

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SecretsDeal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of product information
• Quality of products or services
• Transaction outcomes or business results

12. Limitation of Liability

SecretsDeal and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding subscription fees paid
• Third-party actions or content

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Mumbai, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
