Yes! SecretsDeal is completely free for buyers to browse products and post RFQs. Suppliers can list products for free with our basic plan. For additional features like premium listing, verified badge, and more visibility, we offer paid subscription plans.

You can find products using our search feature. Simply type the product name, category, or keywords in the search bar. You can also filter results by category, price range, location, and more to find exactly what you're looking for.

To post an RFQ (Request for Quotation), you need to create a buyer account. Once logged in, go to "Post RFQ" from your dashboard, fill in the details like product description, quantity, delivery location, and budget. Multiple suppliers will then respond with their quotes.

You can contact suppliers by clicking on the "Enquire Now" button on any product listing. This will open a form where you can send your enquiry directly to the supplier. You can also respond to RFQ quotes from suppliers in your dashboard.

To list products, create a supplier account and log in. Go to "Add Product" from your dashboard, fill in the product details including title, description, price, images, and specifications. Your products will be visible to buyers once approved by our team.

Supplier verification requires submitting your GST certificate, PAN card, and business documents. Once verified, you'll receive a trust badge on your profile and products, which increases buyer trust and leads to more sales.
